  1. The file references named "lstartup.o" in this original EA distribution
  2. refer to an object file made from the Electronic Arts version of the
  3. lattice startup code.   "lstartup.asm" is proprietary to EA, and is not
  4. distributed in source form.  However, in the source.files directory, we
  5. have provided a version named EALstartup.asm, from which EALstartup.obj
  6. is made.   This code performs a function similar to that done by the
  7. proprietary code and makes the EA object code function correctly from
  8. both workbench and CLI.
